Cancellation:
To cancel an order please email unleashed@charityunleashed.co.uk. If you have already received an email stating you order has been despatched then please contact us as soon as you receive it to cancel.
Refunds:
Refunds are available (for up to 14 days from purchase) as long as none of the vouchers have been used, if any vouchers have been used then no refund will be available for that book.
Should you wish a refund please contact us on unleashed@charityunleashed.co.uk stating your order number, book number, reason for refund request and whether any vouchers have been used.
The Refund will be issued upon receipt back at Charity Unleashed of the relevant Gift book.
Returns:
If you have a fault with your order within the first 5 days please contact Charity Unleashed via email or telephone.
Important Please note:
If you have selected delivery, all shipments are via Royal Mail 1st Class recorded delivery, please allow upto 7 (ave. is 2 days) days for the book to arrive before contacting us to follow up on any undelivered book.
